UNITED Septic Tanks deals in septic tanks, RCC products, polyethylene tanks, and customized wastewater solutions, which are large, heavy, and often custom-made. Due to the nature of these products, returns are subject to strict conditions.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order

There is a manufacturing defect, verified by our technical team
Returns must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been installed, used, or altered

Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
4. Return Process

8. Shipping & Transportation Damage

Sign delivery documents only after inspection
Failure to report damage at delivery may void return eligibility.
9. No Cash Refunds
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or original payment method. Cash refunds are not provided.
